About WUH
Wuhan Tianhe International Airport serves Wuhan, the sprawling capital of Hubei Province and one of China's most important central cities. Straddling the confluence of the Yangtze and Han rivers, Wuhan is a major transportation hub, educational center, and industrial powerhouse. The airport handles over 27 million passengers annually and serves as a hub for China Southern Airlines. The striking T3 terminal, shaped like a phoenix, was designed to reflect Wuhan's cultural heritage. The city is famous for its hot dry noodles, Yellow Crane Tower, and cherry blossom season at Wuhan University.
