About Rabat (Capital)
Unlike Marrakech or Fez, Rabat has a calm, orderly atmosphere. The medina is relaxed and hassle-free, with genuine artisan workshops. The Mohammed VI Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art showcases North Africa\'s finest art collection. Rabat\'s Ville Nouvelle (new city) has wide tree-lined avenues, French patisseries, and the excellent Agdal district for dining. The nearby beach town of Salé and the coastal suburb of Témara add leisure options.
