The last JR Kansai Airport Rapid to Osaka departs around 11:30 PM, and the last Nankai train leaves around 11:00 PM. After midnight, shared airport shuttle buses to Osaka cost around ¥1,500. Taxis to Umeda cost approximately ¥18,000-20,000 (about $120-135). For late arrivals, the Rinku Town area near KIX has several hotels.
