About BSB
Brasilia International Airport (BSB), officially Aeroporto Internacional de Brasilia Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, is the main airport serving Brazil's capital city. Located 11 km from the city center in the Lago Sul district, BSB is the third-busiest airport in Brazil and a crucial hub for domestic connections. The airport has a single large terminal that was modernized for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Being in the geographic center of Brazil, BSB is a natural connecting point for domestic flights, making it a focus city for both LATAM Brasil and GOL.

Insider Tips
Brasilia's planned city layout makes navigation easy but distances are large — the city was designed for cars, not pedestrians. Uber and 99 are the best value for transport. The metro reaches the airport and connects to the Asa Sul commercial district. BSB is a major domestic connection hub — if connecting between flights, be aware that gate changes are common.
