Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) serves New Orleans, Louisiana and the greater Gulf South region. In November 2019, MSY opened its stunning new North Terminal — a $1.3 billion, 35-gate facility replacing the aging terminals. The modern terminal features a jazz-themed design, world-class New Orleans cuisine, and a marketplace showcasing local culture. MSY is named after legendary jazz musician Louis Armstrong.
