About TFS
Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) is the main tourist airport on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Located in the sunny southern part of the island near the popular resorts of Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos, and Costa Adeje, it handles the majority of international and charter flights to Tenerife. The airport serves over 12 million passengers annually, mostly European leisure travelers seeking sun and beaches. The single terminal building was modernized and expanded to handle growing tourist demand.
